Last updated: 2026-05-21
This policy describes the use of cookies and other trackers (local storage, pixels) on the SYLLA VOYAGES website, operated by SYLLA VOYAGES (SARL) (SIRET 102 666 377 00019, 4 avenue Sisley, 92150 Suresnes, France). What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It stores information that helps with navigation, audience measurement or personalisation. The term « cookie » is used here in a broad sense and also covers equivalent technologies (localStorage, invisible pixels, session identifiers).
Categories of trackers used
We classify trackers by their purpose, following the CNIL taxonomy. Strictly necessary trackers do not require consent ; others are only set after you have given consent.
Strictly necessary trackers
Essential to the operation of the website: storing your consent choice, saving your in-progress travel form, managing your favourites. Without them, the site cannot work properly.

Technical error monitoring
We use Sentry to detect and fix technical errors that may affect your browsing (pages that don't load, forms that fail, etc.). Sentry only collects error reports (technical trace, browser, steps preceding the error) — no video recording of your session and no personally identifying data are transmitted. Data is hosted on Sentry's European infrastructure (Germany).
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (technical monitoring strictly necessary for proper service operation ; no audience measurement, no profiling).
