1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (« TOU ») define the conditions for using the sylla-voyages.com website (the « Website ») published by SYLLA VOYAGES, as well as the rights and obligations applicable to users of the Website (the « Users »). The TOU apply to mere browsing and consultation of the Website. The conditions applicable to the sale of tourist services are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) accessible on the Website, which prevail over the TOU in case of discrepancy concerning the marketing of services.

2. Acceptance of the TOU

Access to and use of the Website implies the full and complete acceptance of these TOU by the User. If the User does not accept all or part of these TOU, they are requested not to use the Website. Any booking is subject to the conditions defined in the GTCS and to the express confirmation of SYLLA VOYAGES.

The User guarantees that the information provided is accurate, complete and up-to-date, and that they have the necessary rights to transmit it.
