Moroccan Gastronomy Day

This gastronomic day is a complete culinary journey through the flavors of Morocco. From the spice market to a fine-dining riad table, you'll experience a total immersion in Moroccan culinary arts. In the morning, meet a Moroccan chef at the souk for a guided market tour: spices, dried fruits, olives, meats, seasonal vegetables. You'll learn to identify spices, choose the best ingredients, and understand the foundations of Moroccan cooking. Then head to a riad kitchen where, under the chef's guidance, you'll prepare a complete meal: pastilla pie, tajine of your choice, hand-rolled couscous, and gazelle horn pastries. Lunch on your own creations accompanied by a guided tasting of Moroccan wines from the Meknès region. In the afternoon, an Oriental pastry workshop (briouates, chebakia, sellou) with mint tea. To close the day, an exceptional dinner at a gastronomic riad: 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. You'll leave with a recipe booklet as a keepsake.
